The majority of our work is done within the Boston and Cambridge area, though we have handled many projects outside of the metropolitan region and can accommodate job requests ranging from Connecticut to New Hampshire.
We will work with you on a budget schedule that is agreeable to both sides. Usually when levels of progress are achieved we will receive money for work done. Once we review your overall needs and scale of the work, we will work with you on a payment schedule that works for both of us!
Plans and blueprints can never fully anticipate what challenges the construction site may bring up. Our management team is well experienced at evaluating plans and bringing up questionable areas to make sure that everything goes smoothly. In the event that changes must be made, we will communicate with our clients these issues and work with them a way of addressing these things with a minimal impact on the projects budget or timeline.
We try to be flexible and make sure that ultimately our clients get the very best results. We will work with you to make sure that everything can be handled in a timely manner.
Evaluating weekly weather is very important to our teams overall planning process as it can alter our construction schedule. We review and prepare for whatever weather is coming our way and if we do see that severe weather conditions are coming, we will try to make up any potential lost time by working extra before and after the weather event. This way everything stays on time. If we see any potential delays related to the weather, we will bring this up to your attention.
